A former New York Parking Violations Bureau official pleaded guilty in federal court to two criminal counts in exchange for testimony against others suspected in a bribery scandal rocking city government. Geoffrey Lindenauer, the former PVB deputy director and the only official charged in the scandal, pleaded guilty to racketeering and mail fraud. In exchange for a lighter sentence, Lindenauer agreed to tell authorities all he knows about corruption among city officials, including former Queens Borough President Donald Manes, officials said.
