Culver City : Council Bans Mini-Malls
Construction of new mini-malls was banned temporarily by the City Council until the city decides on a law restricting their size and location.
The council on Monday directed the city Planning Commission to draft a law outlining the conditions mini-mall developers would have to meet. Some officials the mini-malls are spreading too fast and adding to traffic problems.
