Ohio Nuclear Plant Gets U.S. Permit to Run Tests

WASHINGTON —
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued a low-power operating license for the Perry nuclear power plant Tuesday, clearing the way for fuel loading and testing at the northeastern Ohio facility, officials said.
