The Buie Corp., Rancho Bernardo, set a new weekend sales record by selling 34 houses in seven developments in Rancho Bernardo and Laguna Niguel, with a total value of $5,422,400.

Four sales were recorded in one week at Shadowridge Cottages II in Vista, a development of single-family homes priced from $95,990 to $132,990. The Shadowridge Holding Corp. houses have 952 to 1,392 square feet.

Ten houses were sold in January at The Highlands community by Brock Homes, 38140 High Country Road, Palmdale. The two- and three-bedroom houses in the 111-unit project were priced from $74,950 to $89,950.

During a four-day period, 25 three- and four-bedroom houses of the Bren Co.’s Park Rim neighborhood were sold in Rancho Penasquitos at prices ranging from $130,990 to $168,990.
