Work Begun at Murrieta Club

Construction has begun at the master-planned Bear Creek Golf and Country Club in Murrieta on Fairway Estates, a new development of single-family homes being built by Jack Nicklaus Development Corp. of California.

The 51-unit project is expected to be ready for first move-ins in mid-May.
