Blind to Get Special Park

EAST BERLIN — The East German city of Leipzig is building a special park for blind and partially blind people with highly fragrant flowers, grasses and herbs planted around groups of benches. The official ADN news agency said a guide in Braille will help blind people find their way around the 7,000-square-yard park.
