Soviet Ad
On March 19 your newspaper carried an advertisement on Page 23, Part 1, entitled “A Realistic Program for a Life of Peace in the Soviet Union.”
I have carefully reviewed the article and I am unable to identify who placed the advertisement and is paying for this full-page piece of propaganda. It would seem to me that you are obliged to your readers to identify your advertisers in such a case.

Editors Note: The advertisement was paid for by the Soviet Embassy.
