The World Bank approved a $350-million loan to Argentina under the so-called Baker Plan, named for Treasury Secretary James A. Baker III, which is designed to help stimulate Latin American economies . . . International Lease Finance reported that it has purchased two DC-10-30 aircraft, with a spare engine and certain supporting parts, from Air New Zealand Ltd. for $60 million . . .
