The 3,800-acre Wood Ranch development includes an 18-hole, 7,000-foot golf course and in the future will have equestrian and jogging trails, athletic fields and a recreational lake.
Four furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 454-D Country Club Drive, reached from the southbound Madera Road exit of the Simi Valley (118) Freeway.
