Build-to-Suit Project

Ampex Corp., a division of Allied-Signal, has leased a build-to-suit, 24,000-square-foot facility at 340 Parkside Drive in Parkside Industrial Park in San Fernando. The electronics firm has been located in Glendale for 20 years.
