Phone-Mate Inc., Torrance, announced the election of three new directors, raising membership to seven. They are Kinji Harai, executive vice president of Asahi Overseas Corp. (a subsidiary of Asahi Corp., Phone-Mate’s largest shareholder and principal manufacturing source); Larry R. Kloman, Phone-Mate vice president-sales and marketing, and John T. Lorick Jr., vice president of Flair Communications Inc., Santa Monica.
