A man has been charged in Phoenix with murder and attempted murder for allegedly dumping cyanide into a water cooler at his wife’s office, an act that led to another woman’s death, authorities said. Lewis Allen Harry, 32, of Tempe, was being held in Maricopa County Jail in lieu of $1.37-million bail. He is accused of putting cyanide in a water cooler at the Transamerica title insurance company office where his wife, Sandra, worked.
