140-Home Tract Opens Today in Chino Hills

California Laurels, a Kaufman & Broad development of 140 single-family homes, opens today in Chino Hills with 41 of 90 homes in the first phase.
Priced from $113,990 to $134,990, the one- and two-story homes are available with three or four bedrooms, two to three baths and 1,170 to 1,713 square feet in three floor plans.
Other features include tile roofs, vaulted ceilings, bay windows, air conditioning and wood-burning fireplaces. The monthly homeowners fee is $25-$30.
VA, FHA and conventional financing is offered.
Three models and a sales office will be open Tuesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Mondays, noon to 6 p.m., at 11601 Misty Meadow Court, reached from the Peyton Drive exit of the Corona (71) Expressway.
