Norwegians Back on Job

OSLO —
Norwegian workers began returning to their jobs Tuesday after a weeklong lockout of 102,000 employees was lifted late Monday. The dispute ended after unions and employers accepted compromise wage agreements. The pacts cover metal workers and employees in textile, chemical and construction industries.
