MOVE Victim Charged in Shooting of Lawyer

PHILADELPHIA —
A man who lost his home in the MOVE fire was sought Wednesday after allegedly shooting his attorney and threatening to kill a city official in a dispute over a cash settlement for his belongings, police said.
Ernest Bostic, 48, was charged in an arrest warrant with simple assault, aggravated assault, gun violations and possession of an instrument of crime after the shooting Tuesday, Capt. Jim Potcnak said.
