Santa Ana : Counselor Named to Term on State Board
Lulu L. Diggs, a Santa Ana family counselor, has been appointed to a four-year term on the state Board of Behavioral Science Examiners, which licenses and regulates marriage, family and child counselors, social workers and educational psychologists.
Diggs, who also practices in Beverly Hills, served 12 years as a teacher and counselor in the Los Angeles Unified School District.
In addition to her private practice in Orange County, she is a staff member at Brea Neuropsychiatric Center and a director of the county chapter of the American Red Cross and the Child Prevention Program.
Diggs, who earned a master of arts degree in counseling and psychology at Chapman College, is completing doctoral studies in clinical psychology at U.S. International University, San Diego.
