Regarding the multiple requests for funding from various radio and television stations: There is a need for a United Way for broadcast media. From time to time, I watch Channels 15, 24, 50 and 58. I listen to radio stations KCRW, KPFK, KUSC and KXLU. They are all deserving of help, but I am not going to support all of them.
