HOT FLASH: KLOS-FM, which dropped again in the new ratings, has shaken up its morning-drive shift. Shana (who uses no last name) is out and Raechel Donahue, Rick Dee’s partner over at KIIS-FM, is in, starting Monday. KLOS programmer Tim Kelly insists the ratings dip had no bearing on his decision to make a change. He said morning newsman Chuck Moshontz will remain on board, adding that the station is hoping to eventually expand the morning team to a trio “if we can find the right person” to team up with Donahue.
