Guilty Plea in Brentwood Killing

Share

A 27-year-old Las Vegas man pleaded guilty this morning to two counts of first degree murder for his part in the alleged contract killing of a Brentwood couple last fall. Michael Lee Dominguez--who now faces two 25-year-to-life prison sentences--agreed as a condition of his plea to testify against some of his co-defendants in the murders of Gerald and Vera Woodman.

In statements to police, Dominguez has implicated Steven M. Homick, 45; his brother Robert Homick, 35, and Anthony (Sunny) Majoy, 47. Also charged are the Woodmans’ sons, Neil, 42, of Encino, and Stewart, 41, of Hidden Hills, who allegedly arranged to have their parents killed after a post-Yom Kippur dinner to collect on a $500,000 insurance policy.
