First of Four Phases Opens at Morning Ridge

Morning Ridge, a 136-unit development of single-family homes in Rialto, officially opens today with three decorated models available for inspection. Forty nine homes have been sold in the pre-opening period.

The four-phase John Pavelak project offers one- and two-story units sized from 1,442 to 1,676 square feet and priced from $83,990 to $103,990. Buyers may choose from five floor plans designed with three and four bedrooms and two or three baths.

Features include masonry fireplaces, ceramic tile countertops, concrete tile roofs, central air conditioning, front-yard landscaping with automatic sprinkler system and rear and side cedar fencing.

The sales office, at 1185 W. Bohnert, is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
