Terms for Condos Not So Endearing to All

What Ruth Ryon missed is that “condominium” (a.k.a. condo) is itself a euphemism--a substituted, agreeable or inoffensive expression for one that may offend or suggest something unpleasant--at least so in the view of comedian Robin Williams, who points out that condominium is not a noun, after all, but rather an active verb meaning “to charge more for something than what it’s worth.”
