Single-Family Skyview Homes Open in Lake Forest Today

Skyview, a new community of single-family homes by Glenfed Development Corp. at Lake Forest, is holding its grand opening this weekend.

The 59-unit project is being launched in one phase, and offers three- and four-bedroom homes with 2 1/2 or 3 baths and views of the rolling hills.

The two-story plans are sized from 1,915 to 2,874 square feet, and purchase prices range from $174,900 to $222,900, with a homeowner association fee of $65 per month.

Vaulted ceilings, skylights and ceramic tile or wood parquet entries are combined with designer lighting fixtures. Interiors have wood-burning fireplaces, and every home includes a family room; additional features include greenhouse windows in the kitchens and spacious closets in the master suites.

A concrete walk and driveway leads to a three-car garage with direct interior access. The first move-ins are scheduled for July.

The sales office at 25881 Corby Drive and furnished models are open daily from 11 a.m. to dusk.
