Apartment Project to Start in Spring

Construction is expected to begin late this spring on a $26-million, 19-acre apartment project in the El Toro / Lake Forest area.

Known as the Canada Apartments, the 356-unit project is being developed by Sterling Homes and Designed by the architectural firm of Kenneth Clark Associates. First move-ins are scheduled this summer.
