Share

The Old Venice City Hall has received a fresh coat of paint in a project organized by the Venice Action Committee, a new community group. The Venice Boulevard landmark, built in 1907, has been deteriorating in recent years. The $10,000 needed for the repainting was donated by people in the community. Michael L. Dieden, head of the Venice Action Committee, said the group took on the project to promote pride in Venice.
