Truman Statue to Be Fixed

ATHENS —
Greece, overruling a decision by the Athens City Council, decided today to restore a statue of President Harry S. Truman, erected in the 1960s, that was blown off its pedestal by a bomb in March on the eve of a visit by Secretary of State George P. Shultz.
