Ethiopia, Soviets Sign Pact

NAIROBI, Kenya —
Ethiopia signed a new five-year trade agreement with the Soviet Union to import $36.5 million worth of Soviet goods, state-run Ethiopian radio said Wednesday. The radio said the agreement was signed in Moscow by External Trade Minister Wolie Chekol.
