ORANGE COUNTY

H. Peter Friedrich has been named to the newly created position of vice president of the corporate lending group at the Orange office of Orange City Bank. He previously served as vice president specializing in corporate lending at both Valencia Bank and Security Pacific Bank. His current post was created following a realignment of middle management.
