Activist Gets Delay in Anti-Abortion Case
Anti-abortion activist Joseph Scheidler, arrested in Denver last week on Florida charges stemming from a protest at an abortion clinic, won a delay in extradition proceedings Wednesday and remained free on bond.

Scheidler’s personal recognizance bond was continued and he was allowed to return to Chicago, where he heads the Pro-Life Action League.
