Rancho Cucamonga Homes Under Way in Foothills

Northwood, a $38-million, single-family home development by Relco Industries Inc. of Los Angeles, is under construction in the foothills overlooking Rancho Cucamonga. The project at 10470 Mahogony will be open for sales in July.
