Death Toll Rises to 13 in Collapse of India Factory

BOMBAY, India —
Rescuers recovered two more bodies Tuesday from the rubble of a textile factory that collapsed in western India, raising the death toll to 13, police said.
They said four men are still believed to be trapped beneath the three-story building, which collapsed Sunday during monsoon rains in Taloja, 44 miles south of Bombay.
