A specially designed pictorial postmark commemorating the centennial of the Statue of Liberty will be given to anyone who presents a stamped envelope at four temporary Postal Service booths between now and July 4. The Postal Service also will be giving away envelopes depicting the Statue of Liberty in New York Harbor with tall ships in the background. The temporary Postal Service booths are in the Los Angeles Mall, Eagle Rock Plaza, Broadway Plaza and Westside Pavilion.
