ORANGE COUNTY

Rakesh Kaul has been elected president of the Orange County chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth for 1986-87.

Kaul is director of corporate development for Beatrice/Hunt Wesson Inc. in Fullerton. He joined the company in 1976 and held various positions until moving to the corporate development group in 1982.

Other officers are John Hall of North & Donahoe in Santa Ana, executive vice president; Robert Blackman of Iliff, Thorn & Co. in Newport Beach, membership vice president; Steven Masler, CPA, membership assistant; Chet Lakhani of Smith International in Newport Beach, vice president of programs; Jane Wiegand of Wiegand & Associates in Newport Beach and Jeffrey Wiegand of Alton Geoscience in Irvine, program assistants; John Adams of Sparling Instruments Co. in El Monte, treasurer; Suzanne Herzog, secretary; Walter Howiler of Kirk Paper Co. in Los Angeles, vice president of administration; Cecil “Skip” Spillers of Coopers and Lybrand in Newport Beach, attendance vice president, and Mike Walker of Jansen Associates in Santa Ana, vice president of public relations.

The Association for Corporate Growth is a forum for businesses to discuss methods of promoting company growth. The Orange County chapter was founded in 1984.
