Work Begun on Office Complex in Valencia

Saunders Development Corp. of Woodland Hills is developing and has begun construction of the $12-million, three-level, 75,000-square-foot Valencia Plaza office building on Valencia Boulevard, south of Magic Mountain Parkway.

Completion is expected in the spring of 1987. Architect is the Nadel Partnership Inc. of Santa Monica, and the leasing agent is Coldwell Banker, Sherman Oaks.
