Shopping Center Sold in Riverside

Van Buren Plaza, a 37,000-square-foot retail shopping center at 5555 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, has been sold for $3.1 million to Van Buren Plaza, a general partnership.

The purchaser was represented by Marcus & Millichap, Newport Beach, and the seller by the firm’s Los Angeles office.
