Project Opens in El Toro

Carriage Hill, a Warmington Homes development of 60 single-family homes, opens today in El Toro with 25 homes in the first phase.

Priced from $136,990 to $161,990, the homes are available in three floor plans with two or three bedrooms, two to three baths and 1,418 to 1,654 square feet of space. European cabinetry, vaulted ceilings and wood-burning fireplaces are other features of the homes designed by PK2L.

The monthly homeowners fee is $118, and move-ins are scheduled in October.

Three models, decorated by Country Life Interiors, and a sales office are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 20092 Champlain, reached from the Lake Forest Drive exit of the San Diego (405) Freeway. The project is in the Serrano Highlands area above Lake Forest.
