DSP Technology Inc., Fremont, said it has signed a licensing agreement with Life Test Systems of California, also headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area city, granting DSP the exclusive right to manufacture and market a series of computer-controlled systems. DSP said Life Test Systems will receive royalties on product sales.
