The World Bank Lent Yugoslavia $32.4 million.
A section of the World Bank, the International Finance Corp., said the loan was made to increase production of aluminum at a government-owned plant. The loan will go to Tovarna Glinice in Alumnija Boris Kidric, in the Yugoslav republic of Slovenia.
