Viet Leader in Moscow

MOSCOW —
Vietnamese leader Truong Chinh arrived in Moscow on Saturday, Tass news agency reported. The Soviet agency said Chinh, 79, had come “for a rest” at the invitation of the Communist Party Central Committee. Chinh became head of the Vietnamese Communist Party two weeks ago after the death of Le Duan.
