Office Building Changes Hands for $1,373,000

John Payne of Sherman Oaks has purchased the two-story, 9,300-square-foot office building at 14101 Valleyheart Drive, Sherman Oaks, from John Catra, also of Sherman Oaks, for $1,373,000. The parties were represented by the investment brokerage firm of Marcus & Millichap’s Sherman Oaks office.
