Shultz Sees Mexico Aide

WASHINGTON —
Secretary of State George P. Shultz and Mexican Foreign Minister Bernardo Sepulveda met Wednesday to prepare for President Reagan’s Aug. 13 Washington meeting with President Miguel de la Madrid. Sepulveda said after an hourlong session at the State Department that he had a “splendid meeting” with Shultz.
