Bonita Hills Project Opens

Brennan/Katkov Industries Inc.’s Bonita Hills development in Bonita opens this weekend with three decorated, three- and four-bedroom models. The San Diego County homes are priced from $155,900 to $198,900.

Twenty-four of the 63 single-family homes that will eventually be built in the community have already been sold. The homes have one or two stories, two or three bathrooms, and range in size from 1,800 to 2,500 square feet.

For a limited time, air conditioning, fencing, front-yard landscaping with an automatic sprinkler system, and a security system will be included in the purchase price.

The project is reached by taking the eastbound Bonita Road exit from Interstate 805 to Central Avenue. Turn right on Central and right again on Dawsonia Road to the project at 5364 Dressage Drive.

The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
