Researcher Elected to Zoological Society

UCLA professor Leonard Muscatine has been elected president of the American Society of Zoologists, the oldest and largest scholarly organization of zoologists in the country.

Muscatine, who has taught at UCLA for 21 years, specializes in the physiology and ecology of coral reefs.
