Condominiums in Long Beach Offer Three Floor Plans

Ocean Palms, an 18-unit condominium development of Guy Gagnon Construction Co. opens this weekend at 645 Ohio Ave., Long Beach.
Priced from $111,500 to $119,950, with a $105.43 monthly homeowners’ fee, the new Cape Cod-styled units are available in three floor plans, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ranging in size from 996 to 1,073 square feet. Move-ins are expected by the beginning of September.
Top-level units of the three-storied complex have vaulted ceilings and skylights. The apartments have hardwood floor entries, central air conditioning and heating, gas fireplaces and individual intercom systems; kitchens with pantries are fully equipped, except for refrigerators; washer and dryer are also provided.
A central landscaped courtyard features a spa, and each unit has its own patio or sun deck. The sales office and decorated models are open from noon to 6 p.m. Thursdays through Mondays.
