Homes-at-the-Park by Sunkist Builders opens today in Riverside with a first phase of 32 houses arranged around an 8 1/2-acre park developed by the builders and donated to the city.

The three- and four-bedroom single-family houses have 1,115 to 1,487 square feet in six one- and two-story plans. Prices range from $90,000 to $103,000. The project will have four phases with a total of 135 houses.

The park at Jurupa and Rutland avenues will be maintained by the city, according to Arlen Miller of Sunkist.
