Tornado Hits 200 Homes in Florida Coastal Town

FORT MYERS, Fla. —
More than 200 homes were damaged, some beyond repair, by a tornado that ripped through Cape Coral, a coastal community near Fort Myers, Saturday night, emergency officials said Sunday. No serious injuries were reported.
The tornado lasted only about five minutes but caused more than $1.5 million in damages, according to emergency officials.
