Waldheim Not Expected to Go Abroad Till ’87

VIENNA —
President Kurt Waldheim will probably not make any official visits abroad until the middle of 1987, the director of Waldheim’s office said Monday.
But spokesman Wolfgang Loibl denied reports that Waldheim refuses to travel abroad because of allegations about a Nazi past.
Loibl said Waldheim might travel to Ireland for his first state visit. Irish President Patrick Hillery invited the Austrian head of state in April.
