West German tennis star Steffi Graf, who broke her toe in a freak accident at the Federation Cup in Prague, Czechoslovakia, last month, will have recovered in time to play in the U.S. Open starting Aug. 25, her father, Peter Graf, said from his home in Bruehl, West Germany.
