A five-woman, one-man swimming relay team completed the first three-time crossing of the English Channel, the Channel Swimming Assn. announced.

The relay team, which included Suzanne Heim of San Francisco, swam from England to France, back to England and then back to France in 32 hours 54 minutes, the association said.
