Baloney! When you succeed, you learn what it took to do it and you want to do it again, the same way or even better. You’ve got to taste success first and then hunger for the taste over and over. And you’ve got to remember what it took to make the success, to perfect the moves, the skills, to recreate the mood, the feel. Success teaches success, not failure. Sure, when you fail, you learn what not to do. But you have to have something to compare the failure to.
Geez, Riley, with an attitude like that, it’s no wonder the Lakers are in trouble.
