Defensive back Todd Bell, who sat out all of last season in a contract dispute with the Chicago Bears, said he had agreed to rejoin the Super Bowl champions.
Bell, however, has not yet signed his contract, estimated at nearly $500,000 a year, General Manager Jerry Vainisi said.
The Bears also announced that they have signed first-round draft choice Neal Anderson to a four-year contract worth an estimated $1.3 million, including a $400,000 signing bonus.
